DJ Vika is 84 years old and an icon of Warsaw’s club scene.
After a long life as a mother, grandmother, and employee in “regular jobs,” Wirginia Szmit decides to live life on her own terms. That’s how she becomes one of the world’s oldest DJs. Behind the colorful façade lies loneliness and painful memories from World War II. Vika! is an intimate and vibrant portrait of a woman who finds herself at an age when many have stopped searching.
