Use of festival pass
The festival pass is personal and gives free access to all regular cinema screenings during the festival, but tickets have to be collected before the screenings. Screenings may be sold out, so it can be a good idea to book tickets well in advance. It is only possible to collect one ticket per screening.
If you have a festival pass and can’t come to a screening you have booked tickets for we encourage you to return the ticket to the cinema. In this way, someone else will have the opportunity to take your place. Many of our screenings are sold out, and we do not wish to have empty seats at sold-out screenings.
You can only retrieve one ticket per screening and the festival pass can only be used by one person.
Purchased festival passes are non-refundable.
