Good One
In this subtle drama, 17-year-old Sam tries to manage her father's and best friend's egos on a camping trip.
Sam is camping in the Catskill Mountains outside New York with her father, Chris, and his best friend, Matt. Four people were supposed to be on the trip, but Matt's son backed out at the last minute. Under the surface, tensions are simmering between the three hikers. Good One is a patient and masterfully told character study from debut filmmaker India Donaldson.
The film premiered at Sundance in 2024, og ble senere vist på filmfestivalen i Cannes.
