A young professor struggles in her marriage. One day she meets Matt, a man from her past who wanders onto her university campus.

Matt and Mara develop a deep, non-romantic bond based on unresolved feelings for each other from the past. Director Kazik Radwanski gained attention for his ability to portray heartfelt characters in his first feature film, Anne at 13,000 ft (2019). He follows a similar naturalistic style in his second film, with actors partially improvising the dialogue. This is a powerful drama about friendship and memories.

The film premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival in 2024 in the Encounters section.
