Mirjam Sveinbjörg Thorkelsdottir (b.1998) is an Icelandic and Albanian film director who lives in Norway. She has a bachelor's degree from Westerdal's Oslo Act. She is now studying directing at the Norwegian Film School in Lillehammer. Characters who act outside the norm are something that preoccupies Mirjam. She is passionate about being able to show their unfiltered sides and portray those who lie in the gray zone.
