José González takes us into his deepest and darkest thoughts in this surreal documentary that opens Oslo Pix Film Festival with film screening, conversation and concert at Sentrum Scene.
González has experienced several psychotic episodes in his life, a condition where he cannot distinguish between fantasy and reality. After becoming a father he decided to shape his life through strict routines and scientific theories while writing his new album. A Tiger In Paradise is a surreal journey into musician José González’ inner world of thoughts and shadows, staged with grotesque humor and beautiful nature.

FESTIVAL OPENING AT SENTRUM SCENE
The first screening of the film takes place at Sentrum Scene on Monday 28.08 at 20.00. After the film there will be a conversation with José González and director Mikel Cee Karlsson and music by González.
