The corona pandemic is still not over, and scientists believe the next pandemic can come at any time. What can we learn from the Swedes who chose a different strategy than the rest of the world?

Viktor Nordenskiöld’s insightful documentary BEHIND THE SWEDISH MODEL follows the controversial handling of the covid pandemi from the inside, focusing on state epidemiologist Anders Tegnell and Minister of Health Lena Hallengren.

After the screening we have invited a panel to discuss if we can learn from the Swedish Covid model as preparation for the next pandemic. The conversation will focus on whether we were prepared for the democratic dilemmas that were raised when drastic restrictions were introduced in our society.
