Izer Aliu

Izer Aliu is a Norwegian-Macedonian film director educated from The Norwegian Film School in Lillehammer. His short film To Guard the Mountain received the Amanda prize for best short in 2012, and his short Det gode livet, der borte was nominated for the same award in 2014. He received the Amanda prize for his feature film debut Hunting Flies in 2017. The film was also nominated for The Nordic Council Film Prize. His new film 12 Dares premiered earlier this year at the film festival in Gothenburg.
