Short Film Program World's Coolest Day

On the World's Coolest Day, Saturday 29.08, we have gathered four short films for the very youngest.

All films are for all ages. They are without dialogue and without subtitles. 

Full House (Elena Walf, 5 min) 

The squirrel has worked hard and now everything is ready for winter. Or is it?

Bird droppings. For humans, it's just an annoying problem in the city. But for the flock, it's the very foundation of life.

Chicken Flight (Elena Walf, 5 min) 

The hen is supposed to lay eggs like all the others — but then she sees the swallows' elegant flight. Now she wants to fly too!

Evergreen (Jeremy Spears & Nathan Engelhardt, 13 min) 

An orphaned bear cub finds a home with a spruce tree, until a craving for garbage food leads him into danger. Nominated for the Academy Award® for Best Animated Short Film 2026.
