Dracula

A director asks an AI chatbot for help making his new Dracula film.

The filmmaker is struggling financially and has no ideas for his new film. He therefore turns to AI to save the Dracula project he's working on. The result is fourteen wildly different, standalone episodes woven together into a partly AI-generated film that also takes a satirical look at artificial intelligence, creativity, and art.

Jude has spent years making films that challenge notions of «good taste,» and has stated that he deliberately chose the «ugliest» AI-generated material for the film. Just as a vampire feeds by sucking blood, artificial intelligence «sucks» from everything that already exists, a point Jude himself makes when he says that «AI and Dracula are the same thing in a certain way. So, for this film, it was a perfect tool.»
