The night is still young as a drunken choir awaits in a hallway, eagerly in need of an answer: Will Nina let them into her party or not? And is it even a party?

SKJØNNHETEN SKAL FRELSE VERDEN (Andres Heger-Bratterud) 

The good-hearted and talented rapper and poet Simon has been hired to perform at the 50th birthday party of the newly rich textile entrepreneur Einar. But the host's expectations collide with what the artist has planned, event producer and manager Arash ends up in a tight spot, and what follows becomes both funny, beautiful, and toxic.

The dysfunctional Thorbjørnsen family gathers for their annual Christmas dinner. The eldest son, Tormod, uses the occasion to introduce the family to his new relationship with Maria.

An elderly singer is set to perform for the first time at a bar in Oslo.

On his way home one cold winter evening, Kristian is approached by a frightened young woman. Someone is after her. Kristian decides to help, but he begins to doubt her intentions along the way.

Flash Pitch // Mediefabrikken and Viken Filmsenter

Mediefabrikken and Viken Filmsenter, in collaboration with Oslo Pix Film Festival, are organizing a video pitch competition in Vega 1 on 27.08.24. Before the screening of KORTREIST, eight 1-minute short film pitches will be shown in the theater. After the pitches, the audience will vote for the winning project. The winner will receive 10,000 kroner from Viken Filmsenter.
