One needed cash, the other excitement.

Rumour has it that there are more bicycle thieves in Oslo than in Paris. Who are they? And why do they make us so angry?

When Simen Braathen discovers that the bike he bought at OsloVelo is missing, an all-consuming hunt for the thief and the bicycle begins. Well-aided by his children, he uncovers clues that assist him in the investigation. A series of unlikely events leads to an unexpected friendship.

Funny, touching, and important, are keywords that describe Braathen's charming detective film. A film that offers us a new perspective on the city's bike thieves and their owners.
