5–9 follows the everyday activities in an office building in the Stockholm area. Filmed secretly from a distance at night, Lundin gathered material over several weeks before editing the footage into a 27-minute continuous sequence. The result is a condensed reality in which time and space are manipulated. Lundin is not primarily interested in the office workers themselves; rather, they represent all of us, turning the gaze inward: how do we choose to live our lives?

Ulf Lundin (b. 1965) is a Swedish artist and photographer based in Stockholm, who studied at the School of Photography at the University of Gothenburg. His practice encompasses photography, video and installation, and since the late 1990s, Lundin has exhibited extensively in Sweden and internationally. He has received numerous grants and awards, and in autumn 2024 published his third photobook, Bilder av en familie.

Screenings Saturday and Sunday, 12–4 pm at FRAKT at Sukkerbiten.

Free entrance.
