31. May - 10. Jun
Digital Festival
Digital panel talk Available from 31. May

This film is available on our digital platform.

Caught in the Net paints a bleak picture of what it can be like for children to take part in digital life on the internet.

How can we as adults protect children from what they encounter online, and what does the law really look like? Who are the victims of abuse in Norway, and who are the people who carry out these abuses? And how do the state and organizations work to ensure a safe, digital everyday life where there is also room to explore healthy sexuality between peers?

Joining the conversation are Kaja Hegg, who works as a special adviser with children's rights and the internet in Save the Children, and Vilde Graff Senje, senior adviser and team leader for sexual education in Sex and Politics. The conversation is led by Lars Roar Frøyland, who researches violence and abuse at the Section for Youth Research at NOVA.

The Pix Politics program is supported by the Fritt Ord Foundation.
