Woolly

WOOLLY is about a small farm in Nordland that is transitioning to the next generation, from father to daughter. The film is a warm and intimate portrait of a family.

It is about tradition and the transfer of knowledge, about finding your own path in someone else's footsteps. And it is about sheep. This is a feel-good film about an increasingly rare way of farming. The audience will be charmed but also deeply touched.

Director

Rebekka Nystabakk (b. 1984) is a Norwegian actor and director. As an actress, she has appeared in TV series such as Twin (2019), Home for Christmas (2020), and Ammo (2022). Woolly is Nystabakk's debut film as a director.
