Lars er LOL
Amanda is madly in love with her classmate Adam but is too afraid to show her feelings. Everything becomes much more challenging when she is assigned to be a mentor for Lars, the new boy in class who has Down syndrome.
Lars is drawing unwanted attention to Amanda. She feels like he embarrasses her in front of Adam and the others at school. But when Amanda gets to know Lars better, she discovers they have much more in common than she first thought. Touching, funny, important, and imaginative are all words that describe the great family film of this fall.
