In connection with the screening at Tancred, Cinemateket in Oslo, on Saturday 30.08 at 18.00, there will be a conversation about Harald Henden's work and life.
In the conversation, we meet the Secretary General of the Norwegian section of Doctors Without Borders, Lindis Hurum, and doctor and lifelong friend, Morten Rostrup. The conversation is moderated by Jon Edmunn Sæter.
About the Film
Renowned war photographer Harald Henden, who worked for VG for over 35 years, is diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and realizes he likely has only months left to live. Henden has sacrificed much to document the suffering of others. With a terminal diagnosis, he is now forced to turn the lens on himself.
