KRIGERE // World Premiere + After Party

Welcome to the world premiere and after party for Jon Haukeland’s KRIGERE.

A young boy and a youth worker finds each other in Jon Haukeland’s documentary about staging, self-examination and the archetypal story of land and city.

We follow the youth worker Berat who has been tasked to help the young boy Mamo. With KRIGERE director Jon Haukeland has made a documentary that uses techniques from fiction film. Through reconstructions and staging the film has a nerve and flow that sets it apart from more traditional documentaries.

After the film there will be an after party in Nedre Foaje at Vega Scene. KRIGERE is the first completed film funded by Oslo Filmfond.

The event is a collaboration with Selmer Media and Medieoperatørene.
