Big in the film industry

Maïwenn has established herself as a significant figure in the film industry, with films like Polisse - Guardian Angels (2011) for which she received several awards, and DNA (2020) which also premiered in Cannes. Jeanne du Barry is her sixth feature film.

Cannes favorite Jeanne du Barry is a costume drama about the courtesan Jeanne in 18th century France. The film also marks a remarkable comeback for the iconic actor Johnny Depp, who plays the role of Louis XV.

The film will have its regular cinema premiere on 03.11.2023 and is distributed by Another World Entertainment.
