Aurora Nossen
Aurora Nossen is an actress and director. She starred in Amazon Prime's series about Harald and Sonja, THE COMMONER, which premiered in 2025. Aurora has previously directed OPERATION SIBLINGS and IT'S OK TO SAY NO, which have been screened at film festivals such as the Norwegian Short Film Festival, Nordisk Panorama, Haugesund Film Festival, Tromsø International Film Festival and Cinequest Film & VR Festival.
Aurora has also worked as a director's assistant on Hisham Zaman's A HAPPY DAY, which premiered in Toronto in 2023, in addition to the popular TV series VGS on NRK.
She is currently writing her first feature film, which received NEO development funding from the Norwegian Film Institute.
Aurora is a graduate of Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and holds a master's in Fine Arts (professional acting). She also holds a master's in architecture from the Oslo School of Architecture and Design.
