Thelma & Louise

Thelma and Louise have problems, big problems, so they decide to run away from everything.

Two women set out on a getaway weekend to escape their dull everyday lives: housework, waitressing, a tired boyfriend, and an indifferent husband. They get in the car and leave their hometown, a sleepy little town in Arkansas.

On the way, they stop at a bar, and that’s where the trouble begins. A man attempts to rape Thelma, prompting Louise to intervene and shoot him. What started as a weekend trip now turns into an intense escape from the police.
