The final film in Dag Johan Haugerud’s trilogy Sex Dreams Love is a standalone story about desire, identity, and the longing for freedom.

In this film, we meet Marianne, a doctor, and her colleague Tor, a nurse. Neither of them is looking for a conventional relationship. One evening, as Marianne is heading home by boat after a date, she runs into Tor, who spends his nights on the ferry cruising for other men. When Marianne hears Tor talk about the chance encounters and conversations that can arise through cruising, she begins to consider whether this might also be an option for her.
